Clan system

Add a clan system, where admin can create a clan and set the leader and they also have a group chat clan can only be set to that clan if they get given official clan status, Have a category for clans in there will be two different forums one for unofficial clans and one for official clans post there topics in the unofficial section, if they are good and are active they will be promoted to official and get there own hq and stuff.... gates will only be openable by members of the clan, leader of each clan can invite members to clan to,
